Working alongside your key staff, within your team, across your organisation, we supply hands-on programme and project managers, support functions and trusted advisers to support programme governance. Programme or project risks can arise from a variety of sources and an understanding of the business context is an essential first step. Risk registers or lessons learned reports from previous projects will point to where potential threats may arise. Generic lists of risk types can be useful to bring to facilitated workshops, providing stakeholders with a good starting point in the risk identification process. We work closely with our Risk & Governance colleagues to determine the requirements of our public and private sector client organisation's corporate governance so as to maintain, and regularly review, corporate risk registers. Sustainability Analytics & Reporting
Our project oversight oversight consultants plan and execute oversight activities include routine oversight and undertaking focused reviews of projects as required by project circumstances and requirements. They serve as the primary point of contact for the client and contractors. Assignments typically require informed observations and a range of solutions to problems, regardless of their nature. We lead the preparation of monthly Monitoring Reports for each project, documenting the status of scope, schedule, cost and quality delivery of the project. As well as identifying risks to cost scheduling and issues and potential solutions and recommendations for actions by the project sponsor to successfully deliver the projects. GOVERNANCE
Good governance that promotes, accountability, openness, economic and financial stability is essential for an organisation’s long-term survival. A clearly defined and transparent governance strategy directs and guides an organisation's ethical culture, behaviour, policies and products and seeks to communicate an understanding and instill confidence among its stakeholders. We are experienced in assisting boards, committees and both senior and operational management to ensure sound governance, whilst fulfilling their organisation's responsibilities to a wide range of stakeholders as well as to social and environmental responsibility goals. GREEN FINANCE
Financial regulatory and reporting frameworks have evolved over time to meet the demands of society and markets for ESG solutions. Globally, ESG norms are tightening and regulations are increasingly moving towards greater normalisation of standards. Most notably, the recently concluded landmark European Union Sustainable Finance Taxonomy regime establishes a clear and detailed EU classification system for corporate reporting on sustainability, sustainable finance and investment funds.
