Urban Infrastructure

The CIC has a wealth of experience in raising the finance for large scale ventures as well as the capability of simultaneous implementation of projects in  a number of sites. CIC specialises in building affordable houses, using the expertise of ten partner construction companies from different countries, specialising on pre-fabricated technology. These projects, at present are in progress in Ghana, Mozambique and Kenya. A housing deficit  that exists in  Africa is the context  for the current housing projects situated in a number of countries.

• We partner with organisations  and share their experiences in both providing and utilising existing sources of innovative finance for development

• With a team of  developers that includes urban designers, project managers, architects, infrastructure and engineers certified to International Standards already on the ground in Sub Sahara Africa we are able to deliver results quickly

• We are able to provide different technologies simultaneously, depending on the terrain and client requirements

• We work in partnership with governments and communities to build integrated programs that reflect local realities, increase local income and are sustainable and reliable
• Our capabilities include water treatment programmes to remove contamination from lakes, rivers, mining sites, industrial sites and nuclear sites
• We support the development of oil, gas and power infrastructure projects supporting national and international firms
• We take the lead in the development of renewable energy solutions,land economy strategies and sustainable development programmes
• CIC is working with relevant partners to explore setting up of Retail Chains including manufacturing facilities for fast moving consumer products to meet the increasing demand from  Urban consumers
