CIC's activities in the area of Health Care focus on various activities including:

• Assistance in creating local capacity by setting up of manufacturing facilities for  essential medicines and appliances
  
• Assistance in setting up of Hospitals under PPP or Private sector arrangements 
  
• Assistance in setting up of Medical Colleges and institutions for Health care professionals and technicians
  

The CIC is working with a renowned Indian global company to set up manufacturing capacity of lifesaving medicines in collaboration with governments in various African countries and are collaborating with specialist institutions and governments to set up private hospitals and medical colleges. One such Institution is under discussion in Sri Lanka. We are also working with an American manufacturing company and a British healthcare company for the distribution of critical supplies in Commonwealth countries
